I'm what I believe in.

I think of myself as a creative, straight-forward and sunny person.

I have true values that I'd like to share with you, simple rules and habits received from my mother and father. If today I'm happy with myself, I owe it to my parents: "an ancient knowledge, transparent, fair and honest"

Authenticity

In the kitchen, just like in real life, I only use authentic ingredients, otherwise my proposals would be nothing but imitation of someone else's dishes.

I've always been told that "all chickens come home to roost": just be sincere and you'll have nothing to fear.

I'm not saying that you should never compromise, but you can do it and remain consistent with yourself.

This approach to life should come natural, just like cooking for someone you love or please our guests' emotions.

Commitment

No matter how hard it is, never quit.

These words sound like a cliche', but it is not so: my experience confirms it.

I've been hungry, just like everyone, hungry for gratifications and serenity.

The kitchen has become my happy place, where all negative elements stay outside. The kitchen is where I satisfy my hunger. However, when you choose it as a profession, it turns into a vocation!

Everyone would tell me to let it go, because it's a hard life; but the more they would say that, the more I felt iI was on the right track.

I believed it and fought to fulfil my hunger and now I'm ready to satisfy yours!
